Stage 1: Imagine a girl who…

Uncovering purposed intention by breaking through the barriers of limited beliefs.

This stage is designed to clear past blocks, internal and external limitations created from the womb to the present. An opening for compassion by seeing other mothers story and our own from an empowering and purposeful viewpoint. Soul Journaling is the focus method of practice for this process. This includes an introduction to the Energy Empowerment Formula.

Stage 2: Love the You in the Mirror

Anchoring self-affirming beliefs.

Love the YOU in the Mirror is a pledge of twelve affirmations of self-love. This stage engages participants in uncovering (unmasking) the parts of their self they have difficulty loving while releasing their light (innate gifts).

Stage 3: 4 C Your Future

A blueprint for manifesting desired intentions

4-C Your Future is an examination into four specific areas of self-awareness and personal development, designed to serve as a blueprint for success. This stage explores the foundation of choice and implements the four cornerstones for communication, creation, commitment, and charity. Finally, in closing we'll uncover the constant of change and examine how to prepare for, change, and plan for it.

Stage 4: M.E. Management

A strategic plan for maintaining focused attention through the transformational process.

M.E. Management is an integral integration of body, mind, spirit, and soul energy. This stage is a tune-up and maintenance practice to maintain consistency and focused attention in manifesting every stage of growth, transformation and self-realization. This stage also transitions into the next level of coaching.

In this package, specific attention is given to creating success strategies employing the Energy Empowerment Formula (Clear Intention + Focused Attention = Divine Retention) with a specific intention that you will focus on during the six month intensive.
