In 2007, I found my voice by sharing my mother's story.

My first book, In My Mother's Voice, was born from one of the most defining experiences of my life. It wasn't simply a book—it was the beginning of a lifelong exploration of healing, resilience, and the transformative power of love.

That journey has now spanned more than three decades.

While my formal education began in Interior Design, I came to realize that the most important home we will ever design isn't built with walls—

it's the home for our soul.

Today, I help people design the home for their soul through Alignment Before Achievement.

Through breathwork, energy alignment, mindfulness, coaching, and transformational experiences, I guide people in reconnecting with their Inner-Chi—the wisdom, clarity, and life force that already lives within them.

I call this ChiUp—Choose Healing Intentionally, Unlimited Potential.

Because every lasting transformation begins with a choice. A choice to become aware. A choice to align. A choice to heal. When we choose healing intentionally, we awaken the unlimited potential that has always existed within us.

My work is informed by more than thirty years of transformational practice as an international bestselling author, Reiki Master, Certified Energy Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and certifications in Stephen Covey's 7 Habits, Canfield Success Principles, RIM, and Access Bars.

But credentials simply tell you what I've studied.

My life's work reflects what I've lived.

My Philosophy

I believe our outer life reflects the alignment of our inner life.

With learning to become your own neutral witness—observing your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and energy without judgment.
